Your Kitchen Guru

A native of San Antonio, TX, Joy Field found her calling to cuisine 28 years ago while attending Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Austin, TX. Joy moved to Ruidoso, NM in 1998, where The Joy of Catering was born. She started on a small scale by working in a cafe, but her business grew quickly. In 2003, Joy moved to West Texas and split her time between there and Eastern New Mexico, and she quickly fell in love with the people in that area.

Joy has 3 boys who are her true calling in life. They love to travel together, see new things, and are Joy's biggest fans in the kitchen.

For the past 28 years, Joy has been delivering fine cuisine to New Mexico and Texas areas at an affordable price. She implements strict quality control to ensure that her food is safe to eat and adheres to all food and safety regulations.
